As a full-time employee of Modjeski and Masters, you'll enjoy an attractive array of benefits. Beginning on the first calendar day of the month following the date you're hired, you'll receive comprehensive individual health and dental insurance, as well as options for your spouse and family. Your benefits include:
Employees can choose from two Health Insurance options. The first option being a Modjeski and Masters self-funded high deductible plan. The second option is a Deductible Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan. Modjeski and Masters pays the premium for the employee’s individual health insurance and contributes to dependent coverage (spouse and/or family options).
Modjeski and Masters pays the premium for the employee’s individual dental and vision insurance. The employee is responsible for dependent coverage premiums (spouse and/or family options).
Financial assistance is given to full-time employees who have completed one year of service with Modjeski and Masters. Their degree must align with their current job position and career path.
Our voluntary Flex Spending Plans allow employees to redirect a portion of their earnings to pay for qualifying expenses with pre-taxed dollars.
Modjeski and Masters pays the premium on a group life insurance policy for each employee that provides coverage equal to 2 1/2 times their base annual salary, and 5 times their base annual salary in the event of an accidental death.
Modjeski and Masters pays the premium for long-term disability coverage. The plan provides financial protection, up to 60% of the employee's earnings not to exceed $10,000 per month, while the employee is disabled.
Employees have the option of purchasing short-term disability insurance. The plan provides financial protection, up to 60% of their weekly earnings up to $1,000 per week while their employee is disabled.
