Tom Rogers Promoted to Senior Project Manager
Modjeski and Masters, Inc. (M&M) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Rogers, PE, CWI to senior project manager.
Tom joined M&M in 2002 and works in the firm’s Charleston, WV office. He is a licensed professional engineer in West Virginia, Ohio and Indiana. Tom is experienced in structural analysis, design, ratings, and rehabilitation of a variety of bridge types including girder, truss, and cable stay bridges. In addition, Tom sits as a voting member on AWS D1.5 Bridge Welding Code and D1.1 Fabrication. He is a firm-wide welding resource that has reviewed Welding Procedure Specifications for projects on two continents. Through his new role, Tom will manage and coordinate WVDOH projects for the Charleston office and help expand M&M’s footprint in West Virginia.

Tom graduated from West Virginia Institute of Technology, Montgomery, WV in 2001 with his B.S. degree in civil engineering, and furthered his education at Marshall University, Huntington, WV obtaining his M.S. in engineering.
