Zach Holley Promoted to Project Manager

Modjeski and Masters is pleased to announce the promotion of Zach Holley to Project Manager in the firm’s West Virginia Business Unit.
Zach joined Modjeski and Masters in 2019 as a part of the Highway Design Section in Charleston, WV. He is a highway engineer with over 13 years of experience including 1.5 years as a District Design Engineer for the West Virginia Division of Highways. In this new role, Zach will continue to provide leadership to projects within the West Virginia Business Unit.

Zach graduated from Marshall University with a B.S. in civil engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in West Virginia, Missouri, and Illinois. He is also a member of the WV ACEC Join Transportation Committee.
