Yuen Siow Promoted to Technical Manager

Modjeski and Masters, Inc. (M&M) is pleased to announce the promotion of Yuen Siow to Technical Manager in the firm’s MidAmerica Business Unit.
Mr. Siow has more than 25 years of structural engineering experience performing bridge inspection, analysis, load capacity rating, design, and rehabilitation of highway, railroad, tunnel, and pedestrian structures of various sizes and complexity levels. He has served as M&M’s Lead Structural Engineer and is responsible for preliminary and final design for many bridge replacement projects, as well as the development of reports and contract documents including plans, specifications and estimates.

• Parametric Study for Load Ratings. Statewide, Tennessee
• Union Station Tunnel Rehabilitation. St. Louis, Missouri
• Martin Luther King Bridge Approach Complex. East St. Louis, Illinois
• I-74 Mississippi River Bridge IL Approach Corridor, Bettendorf, Iowa
"Yuen’s exceptional technical skills and dedication have made him an integral part of the MidAmerica staff. As the Lead Structural Engineer, Yuen has overseen the technical aspects of virtually all MidAmerica projects for more than a decade, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision," said Vice President and MidAmerica Regional Director Jerilyn Hassard.
Yuen earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Iowa State University. He holds professional registrations in Ohio, Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction.
