Billy Bolt Promoted to Project Manager

Modjeski and Masters is pleased to announce the promotion of Billy Bolt to Project Manager in the firm’s Field Services Business Unit.
Mr. Bolt joined Modjeski and Masters in 2007 and is based in the Mechanicsburg, PA office. He has extensive experience in the inspection of all structural and non-structural components of tunnels, as well as short, medium and long span steel and concrete bridges, including subsequent preparation of condition reports and forms for numerous authorities, DOT’s and railroads. In this new role, Mr. Bolt will provide leadership to projects in the northeast region of the Field Services Business Unit.

Additionally, my plans are to ultimately strengthen the success of the FSBU, especially in the NE, in being a key player in contributing to the safety, maintenance, and rehabilitation of our nation’s aging infrastructure."
Billy has contributed to many notable projects, including:
- Washington, DC District Department of Transportation (DDOT) - facility inspections
- Maryland Transportation Authority - facility inspections
- Delaware River Port Authority inspections, including the Ben Franklin Bridge, Walt Whitman Bridge, Commadore Barry Bridge, and Betsy Ross Bridge
- Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel District - tunnel facility inspections
- Mackinaw Bridge Authority - Mackinac Bridge Inspection
- Arkansas Department of Transportation - Bobby Hopper Tunnel Inspection
- Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission - tunnel inspections
Billy holds multiple degrees from the Pennsylvania College of Technology, including a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Wisconsin.
