Dr. Prucz, based in our New Orleans office, is Modjeski and Masters’ in-house
fatigue, vessel collision and seismic expert whose focus is: development of criteria for
the design of bridge piers against ship collision, investigation of accidents involving
ship and barge collisions with bridges; evaluation of remaining fatigue safe lives for
highway and railroad bridges; and seismic evaluations and retrofits. |
