"Tom’s PTOE certification demonstrates that M&M is more than just exemplary bridge engineering; we can add value for our Clients in highway and traffic design as well" said Thomas Imholte, PE, Associate and Business Unit Leader at M&M.

Tom has over 40 years of experience which is derived from assignments as a highway, water resources, and structural engineer.
